What we collect

Name, shipping address, email address, phone number, and your order history. Payment details are handled directly by our payment providers — Amayha never stores them.

Why we collect it

To process and track your order, to answer you when you write to us, and — only if you agree to it — to send you emails from the brand.

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to fulfil your order, and after that for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Who we share it with

Carriers and the technical providers that run the store, strictly so your order can be delivered. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Write to contact@amayha.com and we'll answer you ourselves. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
