Cost

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we serve. No shipping fee is added at checkout.

Processing

1 to 2 business days after your order is placed. Every bracelet is engraved to order, which is why it isn't shipped the same day.

Transit

5 to 8 business days, tracked. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship

France, the European Union, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.

Your currency

Prices are displayed and charged in the currency of your country — euros, US dollars, Canadian dollars, pounds sterling, Australian dollars or New Zealand dollars. You can also pick a country yourself from the selector in the header.

Customs and duties

Depending on your delivery country, import duties or taxes may be charged on arrival. They are set by your own customs authority, not by us, and are not included in the price you pay here.

If your order hasn't arrived

If your order hasn't reached you within 15 business days, email contact@amayha.com. We'll open an inquiry with the carrier and either reship your order or refund you.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. Engraved pieces are made for you, and a reshipment caused by an incorrect address may be charged.
