Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping times

Estimated delivery within the United States is 5–8 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions, when available, are shown on the product and cart pages.

Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days or your package is marked delivered but not received, email contact@puryvea.com and we'll investigate and make it right.
